Meditation imparts many benefits such as stress reduction, improved health, and better concentration. It has been a key component in many different traditions for thousands of years, and can be incorporated into almost any practice, spiritual or secular.

Followed by 1 hr of Gentle Yogic Stretch with Tully  – Affirmations and positive mantras as we thank our bodies through gentle stretching.

The Zen Meditation Group of Sonora hosts meditation on Wednesdays from 5:30PM – 6PM

Thursday

The Shambhala Group of Sonora offers ongoing meditation every Thursday evening from 7PM-9PM

Please arrive fifteen minutes early,If you are brand new to meditation.  Instruction will be provided.

First and Third Sunday of the Month   ( Zen )

The Zen group of  Sonora will return for Sunday Dharma in the fall the fall!
