Meditation imparts many benefits such as stress reduction, improved health, and better concentration. It has been a key component in many different traditions for thousands of years, and can be incorporated into almost any practice, spiritual or secular.

 Ann Jimenez  teaches meditation every Tuesday from

11:00AM-12:00PM. “Living the Dharma”  A study of the Tao.   We are using the book by Dr. Wayne Dyer

“Change your Thoughts Change Your Life”

 Wednesday

Guided Meditation followed by a  1 hour-gentle Yoga stretch, with a few  Restorative poses.

12:30- 1:00 Gratitude Guided-Meditation with Gwen Turner

Followed by 1 hr of Gentle Yogic Stretch with Tully  – Affirmations and positive mantras as we thank our bodies through gentle stretching.

 

ZEN Meditation

The Zen Meditation Group of Sonora hosts meditation on Wednesdays from 5:30PM – 6PM

The Shambhala Group of Sonora offers ongoing meditation every Thursday evening from 7PM-9PM

Please arrive fifteen minutes early,If you are brand new to meditation.  Instruction will be provided.
