Meditation imparts many benefits such as stress reduction, improved health, and better concentration. It has been a key component in many different traditions for thousands of years, and can be incorporated into almost any practice, spiritual or secular.

Sol y Breath offers drop-in meditation in our meditation room, Monday-Friday from 12:30PM-4PM.

Tuesday

Tuesdays is Meditation Tuesday at Sol y Breath. $10 drop in or Use your Yoga discount card.

The Zen Meditation Group of Sonora hosts meditation on Wednesdays from 5:30PM – 6PM

First and Third Sunday of the Month

The Zen Meditation Group of Sonora hosts meditation on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, from 9AM-10-30AM .  (Changes in the summer)
